About the Role
- Provide legal advice on Wills, Powers of Attorney Advanced Health Directives, and estate planning.
- Draft and review Wills (including Testamentary Trust Wills), and related documents.
- Guide executors, administrators, and beneficiaries in estate administration.
- Handle applications for probate and letters of administration, including complex and disputed matters.
- Manage estate litigation, including family provision claims and contested estates.
- Collaborate with clients and other professionals for practical solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on legal developments and mentor junior lawyers.

About You
- Admitted as a legal practitioner in Australia with a current practising certificate.
- Minimum two years’ PAE in succession law.
- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal practice management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple matters.
- Litigation experience in estate disputes is highly valued.
- Team player with integrity and empathy for clients.
