Administrative Assistant – Part-time role in INGHAM OFFICE

We are seeking an enthusiastic person a fill a new part-time administration and legal secretarial role in our INGHAM OFFICE.

Your Role:

You'll support our Ingham Lawyer and provide remote support to our Townsville Office including undertaking the following tasks

  • Answering and directing incoming calls;
  • Handling and recording mail and local deliveries;
  • File administration and record management; and
  • Assisting with the day to day running of the office.
We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Eagerness to learn and grow;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Outlook; and
  • A trustworthy and reliable nature.
