Patrick specialises in estate planning, business succession planning and asset protection.
This specialty demands a thorough understanding of issues involved in the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, advance health directives, buy/sell agreements, partnership and shareholder agreements, various types of trusts, corporate structuring and importantly, co-ordinating the provision of those services with those offered by our clients' accountants and financial planners.
Pat, who is a immediate past President at the North Queensland Law Association, also holds regular in-house seminars on all areas of estate planning.
